Delete your Paperleaf account

Paperleaf is provided by Cherish Studio. To request deletion of your account and associated access-service data, email [email protected] from the Google address you used for Paperleaf, with the subject “Paperleaf account deletion”.

Request account deletion

We verify ownership and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Access identifiers, trial-export records and account associations are removed or anonymized unless required for disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations. We will explain any retained records. Polar may retain transaction records for its legal obligations.

Deletion ends account-based access and does not automatically refund purchases. Your local documents and copies saved elsewhere are separate. Delete them in Paperleaf and in the locations where you saved backups or exports. Back up anything you want to keep before uninstalling.

No payment, app installation or website sign-in is required to submit this request.
